Christmas by the Sea has been a staple of the Blackpool Christmas experience for many years, attracting visitors from far and wide. The festival is organized by Blackpool Council, Blackpool Transport, and Triangle Attractions.

The festival includes a Christmas village with a skating rink, light shows, projection shows, and festive tram rides. The village also features themed log cabins selling food, drink, and gifts, and a variety of children’s attractions. The festival also includes the Star Flyer, one of Europe’s tallest swing rides, and new thrill rides
